1. Acceptance of Terms

By using MarksAllGo services you agree to these terms and any updates posted on the website.

2. Services

MarksAllGo offers bookmarking and quick-note tools, access to webinars, coaching sessions, and software features designed to enhance productivity.

3. Information Products

Information products include digital guides, tutorials, and templates delivered electronically upon purchase.

4. Goods

Physical merchandise such as branded items, books, and stationery.

5. Reimbursement and Cancellations

5.1 Services

Service bookings may be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations with proper notice are eligible for a reimbursement processed within 14 days through the original payment method. Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours notice are non-reimbursable due to scheduling constraints.

5.2 Information Products

All sales of digital materials are final. Given the instant access and intangible nature of these products, no reimbursement is available once the product has been delivered.

5.3 Goods

Physical items may be sent back within 30 days of shipment confirmation if they are unopened and in original condition. Once the item is received, a reimbursement will be processed within 14 days through the original payment method. Shipping fees are not reimbursed.

6. Rescheduling

Service appointments may be rescheduled one time at no additional fee if the request is made at least 48 hours before the original appointment. Further changes may incur a standard service fee.

7. Changes to These Terms

MarksAllGo may update these terms at any time. The most current version will be posted on the website with the effective date. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
